Metal Badge Series:

	Cloisonne The most expensive material due to the inextricable process. The cloisonne powder will be filled in the recessed areas after copper die-struck, and then heating at 800oC each color and each color. Cloisonne has a smooth and hard surface but the colors are limited. Cloisonne pins are always used on an important event or memorial.
	Imitation Cloisonne Is an economical alternative to Cloisonne. The colors could be filled at the same time and baking at 80~100oC. It is not as hard as cloisonne, but looks shinier and reveals better details. PMS color matching is manageable.
	Soft-enamel (Die-Struck) Use the same mold as Cloisonne and Imitation Cloisonne, but different material of colors. Metal lines are required to separate the different colors. The deep recesses after coloring are still recessed and epoxy coating is recommended to protect the enamel from a scrape.
	Soft-enamel (Photo-etched) Similar to Die-Struck Soft-enamel, except for the design is chemically etched in bronze, therefore, the thickness of photo-etched pins must be thin. Metal lines are required to separate the different colors as well. Epoxy costing is available.
	Printing We can do both Silkscreen printing and Offset prinitng. When the design is involved, gradient color or like a picture, printing is recommended. Epoxy coating must be covered on the surface to protect the printing ink from scratching.
